Dana has been our receptionist since 1999. Always bright and cheerful, she will be the person greeting you as you come into the office. We kid her that she knows everybody in town, so hers may be a familiar face to you already. When not working, she enjoys touring around on her pink motorcycle.
Heather is Dr. Bitter's medical assistant. She will be involved in doing "the little things" that are necessary to make sure your treatment at the Plastic Surgery and Hand Center goes smoothly. She will do all she can to make sure you are comfortable and informed. She is a very caring person - just ask her about her little pets at home!
Janet is our office manager. She has been with the office since 1994. Her hobbies include gardening, and in the summer and fall she often brings some of her harvests into the office to share with patients.
